01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through pk6816's own self-exclusion programme or any applicable third-party exclusion scheme.

03 Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

Registration on pk6816 is open to eligible individuals who provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts for any reason — including to circumvent self-exclusion or claim duplicate bonuses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

pk6816 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah account in your name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pk6816 may suspend or restrict an account pending verification without prior notice. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence and pk6816 reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All transactions on pk6816 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk6816 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or any other approved method) may impose their own transaction charges for which pk6816 bears no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Withdrawal processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour during business hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal to original payment method: pk6816 follows anti-money laundering policy and may require withdrawals to be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

pk6816 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks, or in circumstances where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. Any funds that pk6816 reasonably believes to be proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering may be voided and reported to relevant authorities.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game and betting market on pk6816 is governed by specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are made available within the relevant game interface or betting section. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market only.

• All bets placed on pk6816 are final once confirmed. pk6816 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances of a manifest error (see below).
• Manifest errors: pk6816 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or under circumstances of a technical malfunction. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's pk6816 account balance without payment of any purported winnings.
• Cricket and PSL betting: Settlement is based on official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Abandoned or suspended matches are settled according to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of pk6816.
• All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pk6816 does not influence game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, pk6816 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page within pk6816. The following general conditions apply to all pk6816 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

09 Intellectual Property

No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from pk6816. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk6816 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages;
